Basic Package - “Day of” Event Coordination or "Month of" Coordination:For the couple/host who has planned/prepared the entire event logistics, but needs a qualified wedding/event expert to oversee, manage, and coordinate the details of the day and ensure the memories of your event last a lifetime. 

Intermediate Package - Partial Planning/Coordination:For the couple/host who has planned part of their wedding/event details, and need assistance with the completion of their planning.  In addition, we provide the expertise in coordinating your special day.

 Expert Package - Full Planning/Coordination:We will plan your wedding/event from start to the final delicate details of your Wedding/Event.

 ·       One- On- One Service: -  Consultation -  Budget Management - Timeline Management -  Unlimited phone calls and email -  Contract Review/Negotiations -  Etiquette. 

·       Vendor Selections: - Ceremony Site - Reception Venue - Photographer - Videographer - Transportation - Florist    Baker - Music - Wedding Attire/Tuxedos.  

 

 ·        Detail Services: - Rentals - Theme /Décor/Color Selection -  Invitations - Favors - Guest List Management - Vendor Timeline – (for weddings) Bridal Party Timelines. 

·        Additional Services: -  Hotel Accommodations for Out of Town Guests -   Liaison between Vendors and Client  -   Catering to the Brides/Grooms - Assist with Gift Selection -  Logistics of ceremony/reception items & gifts.
