Featured Lifetime EVENT

I was hired to assist my client with a 40th Surprise Weekend Birthday for his wife.  It was a pleasure working with Dr. Ratan, and making his dream a reality.

The weekend started by having a few guests friends and family waiting by the Museum of Natural History with a big banner that read Happy 40th Birthday Rini.  Her husband just drove up and stopped right in front and the looked of amazement on her face was a memorable one.

Next, the group headed across the street where a double decker bus awaited to take them on a NYC 3 hour tour, which ended at Battery Park.  The Ratan family crossed the street to enter the Ritz Carlton Battery Park to check in and get ready the next surprise.

At 4pm Mrs. Ratan was taken across the street to the NY Watertaxi Dock.  She met up with additional friends that were joining her for cocktails on a chartered NY Watertaxi in a 2 hour NY Harbor tour.

After cocktails they got ready for the Dinner/Dancing Reception at 7:00pm at the Ritz Carlton Battery Park Rise Room.  The view from the Rise Room is amazing.  It is a view of the NY Harbor, and it's princess the Statute of Liberty.  One half of the room was sectioned for dinner, and the other half was the lounge for the guest of honor and her guests to dance, mingle, and enjoy the Terrace at the Rise Room.  It was perfect.

The next day Mrs. Ratan was surprised again by gathering with guests at the Central Park Boathouse for Brunch followed by a Broadway play (Mary Poppins).

Kids were involved in this event and they enjoyed every moment, and had a few special surprises for them at the Ritz.  Including, ice cream catered by the Ritz Carlton, and goodie bags. 

Great event, great guests, great host, and best of all a Great Guest of Honor.
