I would like to add that seeking out a Custom Cake that had to be sugar substitute (sugar free) was the most important element. Besides that a birthday cake is KEY for any birthday party, for my husband (a diabetic) to enjoy his own birthday cake was a joy to me. It is rare that a baker offers this in custom designs. The services provided by Lifetime Events by Jacqueline MORE than sufficiently met our needs, and we were extremely pleased with what was provided. Lifetime Events by Jacqueline established and implemented a comprehensive checklist for a minute by minute schedule for the “Day of” event, and this list was followed perfectly, taking into consideration some transportation delays that were beyond our control.

On the day of the event, Jacqueline was onsite and in charge, and I felt totally free to enjoy my daughter’s wedding. Ours was not a simple event: A somewhat formal wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and seated dinner at our home, with 125 guests and involving some intricate tent-work! This involved a great deal of coordination and Jacqueline handled it beautifully.

Just as my wife stated above the services provided by Lifetime Events by Jacqueline were invaluable. What made them so Special was that they just didn't cater to the bride, but they also took time to cater to the groom. My best men, groomsmen, and myself were priviledged to have an assistant just for us. As a groom this was very important to me because there was a time that I needed a man to man talk, and I had someone there. The assistant also made sure that my groomsmen and I had everything we needed, and ensured that we made it to church on time.

Lifetime Events by Jacqueline provided all aspects of wedding ceremony and reception coordination. They helped our daughter and her husband locate vendors, they maintained contact with the wedding reception site and addressed all our questions and concerns. They coordinated the wedding ceremony rehearsal, on the day of the wedding they were present at the hotel to assist with the bridal party, coordinate flower delivery, photographer shots, scheduled arrival of limo and ensuring members of the wedding party made it on time to the church, timing of the ceremony, photography shots at church, and timely arrival at the reception site. At the reception they coordinated the timinig of the cocktail hour, introductions, dancing, etc, and packed up all gifts and wedding accessories which were returned to the proper place and/or person. In addition, they served as the "voice" of the bride, groom, and us by speaking to the proper people, and ensuring our questions and concerns were taken care of.

At Lifetime Events by Jacqueline their services more than exceeded our needs! Your efforts allowed us to relax and enjoy our daughter's wedding - I can't thank you enough!
